Chrysalis Flowers and Unique Gifts

I ordered a bouquet with a balloon on Saturday for my SIL that just moved to Malmstrom AFB. I understand no deliveries on the weekend. So was totally okay with delivery Monday morning/afternoon. I called this morning asking for an update of delivery time so I knew when to tell her due to errands. The lady I spoke to told me they do deliveries after 2:30p. Okay… no big deal. Fast forward to 4:45p. I called and asked about it and the lady I spoke to was snarky saying “It’s been a busy Monday. We don’t do Air Force deliveries until 4:45.” I honestly wish I would’ve known so my SIL and BIL didn’t waste their day waiting around. For the amount of money I paid for these flowers, unnecessary behavior/comment. I will not order from this place again.

I called and spoke to the nicest lady, (retired military) who talked me through the ordering process and created the most beautiful and perfect bouquet and card for my sister. My sister was so happy and when she sent me a photo of the bouquet (I live in another state), I was totally impressed! This will be my go-to flower shop when I need to send a bouquet in that area. Bravo!!!

My daughter absolutely loved the flowers. I was able to make a same day purchase/delivery. The owner was phenomenal. I had previously used AVAS Flowers and they never delivered the flowers. I will always use Chrysalis. Prompt delivery to the local military base, outstanding service. Thank you.

I have received multiple orders of flowers from Chrysalis Flowers and Unique Gifts. They have all been absolutely gorgeous! They have lasted nicely. Their delivery driver, Jim, is a jewel. He called me when I wasn’t home for my delivery and brought them to where I was!! He and the entire staff are always cheerful, polite and professional. I will always use these guys.

My dad surprised with flowers from Chrysalis, and they were probably the prettiest flowers I’ve ever received. They did such a beautiful job. Highly recommend this place. And they last for a very long time. I believe it was a least a month! Thank you guys!
